Way Too Much Fun!

As you can see I have been having so much fun I took a nap with L E Oot. We have all been so busy checking out the packages that come in the mail. We have to inspect everything to make sure it is safe for a house full of kitties!

She has been busy cleaning the house and decorating for Christmas and we have all been busy messing up the clean house and undecorating for Christmas!
We have all been busy taking ornaments off the tree and unstringing the beads too that we often take a nap under the tree just to save time!
Then the other day She spent hours wrapping up empty boxes and putting on pretty ribbons and bows and then She stacked them in the big front window and strung them with lights! We all take great pride in knocking them out of the window and unstringing the lights! The wrapping would have been much faster if She hadn't had sooo much help!

And She has been teaching Rockette (The striped itty bitty) How to play a computer game! She says its even more fun than blogging but I haven't tried it yet so I don't know if that is true!
Oh no She is awake again! They are changing her meds around and She doesn't sleep much which is one of the main reasons I haven't posted. Will post more next time She is asleep!

Busy Week

Last Weekend She brought a big box into the house and took out a tree! She moved furniture around and put the tree together. Then She plugged it in and lights came on and we all went nuts! As She strung beads and hung balls on this tree we tried to take them off so we could continue to play with the tree. You would think She would get mad at us but not her She laughed so hard she had tears running down her face.
Everyday She puts the beads back up on the tree as well as the balls and everyday we work real hard to get them all back off so that we can play with them. Our toy box is collecting dust and we are having a blast. Or we were until Monday morning anyway. On Monday morning She put Daddy and I into boxes with handles and doors and we went for a ride like JR did when he swallowed Her sewing needle. We went to a place that had a great big cat that was very friendly and came over to greet us. After we chatted for a while we took a nap and when we woke up we were kind of loopy! It was all so much fun! Then we got a nice long ride home on a bus and we sang to all the people about our adventure and our tree at home. We stayed loopy for a couple of days and now that we are not loopy anymore it seems I am missing something in my nether regions but I can't quite put my claw on what is missing...oh well I am getting lots of affection from Her so I don't really care if anything is missing it must not have been important.
Wednesday Morning She put Momma and Sissy in the boxes and they got to go for a ride. They were gone most of the day and they came back as loopy as daddy and me. Only they had naked bellies! It was so funny to see they both have great big spots on their belly where they are naked! And the kittens wanted to nurse and Mommy let them and then they were loopy and went staggering around until they passed out!
Momma doesn't nurse them much anymore. Her and Sissy both have little owies on their bald spots but their hair will grow back just like JR's has done on his neck. And the really strange part is that us boys aren't as interested in the girls as we had been! I guess we are just having too much fun playing with our indoor tree!

Enough Said

The little kittens are running around like crazy and no one has gotten much sleep. For me it is still yesterday and since I won't get any sleep until tomorrow, when I wake up I will think it is today and not tomorrow and so all day I will be acting like it is today and it will be tomorrow and I will be really confused!

Now the funny stuff! Yesterday 3 frozen chicken breasts were put out on the cupboard to thaw for dinner. She was busy working on the computer and wasn't paying attention to the fact that the chicken breasts were mostly thawed by mid-afternoon. Now mom was hungry and the little ones had eaten all the kitten chow and she could see that the chicken breasts were thawed so she jumped up on the cupboard and got one of the chicken breasts off the plate and brought it down for all of us to eat! With 11 cats all pulling it in different directions it was like a Charlie Chaplin movie! And best of all was the look on Her face when she went to the kitchen to see if the chicken breasts were thawed and found only 2 thawed breasts! She is still looking for a hiding place where we must have stashed it! But the only place She is going to see that chicken breast is when she scoops our litter pans!

Are You laughing yet! We are rolling on the floor laughing our asses off!

Nighty night!

The kittens have grown!

As you can see from the latest photo the little ones are not so little anymore and they look kind of funny trying to nurse on such a small mom. They do just like we did when we were small. They get together and just push her over and climb on top of her. I took this photo because of the juxtaposition with the Feed Me place mat!
This is a close up of one of the little ones asleep on Her lap on a soft silky blanket. The others were trying to eat Her braid in her hair.
And this is what it looks like when a six month old kitten decides to join the 6 week old kittens for a drink. Of course I am the only one who would try such a thing. Mom didn't let me do it for very long!

And these photos are JR playing with 2 of the little ones under and around the recliner. We love to play with the little ones and sometime it looks like we are being very rough but we would never hurt our little sisters and brothers!
Well the little ones have mom pinned down again so I think I will go see if I can sneak a drink while they hold her down!

Finally She is off the computer!

She has been so busy putting things in her eBay store that I haven't been able to post all the pictures of the tiny cheeseburgers she made special for us!
So as I post the photos I will tell you everything that is happening here. The little ones finally learned how to get over the barrier so the barrier to the nursery is gone and there is the pitter patter of tiny feet everywhere!
I think She is finding the whole thing very overwhelming! 13 cats is quite a herd after all! The senior Siamese just hiss at us for being kittens but that's okay with us.
The tiny ones are still scared of the big feet that live outside the nursery door but you should see the way they have unpacked all her shelves of quilt blocks and fabrics! Everything on the bottom 3 shelves is on the floor now and we all use it to sleep on!
JR is taking photos while I claim a cheeseburger for myself before they are all gone! Who knew there were such wonderous things in the human world!
Daddy and Momma are being kind of stingy with one of the plates of cheeseburgers! But I will get my share they can't eat them all can they?
At least they are leaving the tiny ones to their own plate for now! I was surprised She gave us cheeseburgers because we have been going through a lot of kitten chow and litter! We go through more than 50 pounds of litter a week!
And we go through about 20 pounds of cat and kitten chow each week now that the tiny ones are eating solid food. She has to feed us 2 times a day because the food goes down so fast now. I think that is the main reason She is putting so much stuff on her eBay because it is the only way She can afford all the food we eat!
And the other day She was sleeping in the bed and us Sophomores were chasing each other and we all zoomed across the bed to the headboard. Then we decide to all jump down at the same time and I landed on the hump on Her back and Sissy and JR landed on Her abdomen and She woke up and cried out in pain!
She hasn't walked normal since then and She is not very nice right now. I think we really hurt her! She tries to be nice to us but now there is a spray bottle on the headboard and She uses it if we start running up on the bed! And the other night there was a lot of knocking at the door and we all sat in the window and greeted the little people who came dressed in strange clothing!
It took us all a couple of hours to eat all the cheeseburgers but then we all laid down for a long nap!
Now if I can just get her off the computer a little more often I can post our what are we up to now blogs! But I also have to get the camera from her!
Sweet Dreams Everyone!

Babies Babies Everywhere

She put some tuna on a plate and put it in with the new babies and they all gathered around to have some. The plate ended up clean enough to put back in the cupboard! (No She didn't put it back there.)

I just had to show you the diamond eyes I got when I snapped this picture in the dark! They are so sparkly I wonder how many carrots they are?

This was Sissy watching the young ones while Momma took a much needed break. Shortly before this picture was taken the babies scared Her half out of her mind. She was getting ready to go to bed and found the purple blanket in a heap with 1 baby on it. There were no other babies visible. After looking all over the nursery She found 2 black kittens huddled under a dress form in the room. But there was 3 kittens still missing. She hunted the entire house thinking that maybe they had managed to get over the divider with no luck. Momma came into the nursery and just licked the one on the purple blanket but she didn't show any concern for the missing ones. Sissy and I went into the nursery to watch Her move lots of things around to search for the missing 3. She had moved everything in the room she could and finally when She moved the last box she found all 3 missing kittens huddled in a pile right next to the heat vent. It was a very cold night and the heat goes down at midnight. She finally collapsed onto the bed and fell asleep after looking for the babies for over an hour!

The babies are now drinking water and eating dry food. The kitten chow used to last a week now it only lasts 3 days!
The babies have started playing in the tunnel just like we did when we were little.
This is Rocky Senior and Rocky Junior on the big bed. I don't think they wanted me to take the picture right then.
This is Momma with the babies. They are growing so much Momma can't keep them fed. And today they started to try to jump over the divider and almost made it. When they finally make it the divider will disappear and then there will me a whole herd of meowphalopes running!
Sweet dreams everyone as you can see I am having a nice one of my own!

Finally I get Computer back!

This is a video of JR(Mr. Staples) playing with his Teddy bear. He is finally back to normal and chasing me and Sissy all over the house. He chased me up the front window just this morning.

The little ones are loose! The surround came down yesterday and we all take our turn at babysitting as you can see. Okay I was napping on the job but so were they. With little ones you get a nap when you can because they are everywhere. They haven't managed to get over the blockade at the door but they are starting to really move around the room and they are using the litter pan now.
When they all bunched up in a corner She turned the air conditioner off and the heater on and now they only crawl into the corner for a sleep heap when Momma is out of the room. When Momma leaves we all take a turn at watching them but JR stays in the baskets by the door!
His collar is off now and this afternoon JR will get his staples out at the vets. Then we won't be calling him Mr. Staples any more. I will try to post more pics of JR and the babies up and around tonight because the construction noise has gotten Her out of bed and She can't fiond me on the computer!
